| All altezza del nome mandarin! Richiederei solo una maggiore attenzione di pulizia e servizio sulla zona piscina /spiaggia che tra l altro e molto bella! |

| I went to the Mandarin for a quick much needed break on my own. The staff were extremely attentive to my needs as a single female traveller. I could tell folks were making sure I was cared for.The front desk manager walked me to my room to make sure it was to my liking and offered to take me to several others if I wanted to view them before making a decision. The concierge called with ideas of activities I might like, the bartender at the pool created new drinks based on what flavors I liked, the beach attendant moved the umbrella while I was sleeping so I wouldnt wake up with a sunburm. The hotel room was comfortable, stylish and very clean. I even had a view of the water from the glass shower! I had a fabulous time thanks to the staff!! |

| When I arrived I was greeted warmly and shown to my room. I was surprised to learn that I had purchased the "getaway package" which included 50 bucks in amenities daily. Not too shabby!
Loved the service at the pool/beach and the spa services were great.I would definitely visit again.
Azul was a stellar dining experience for sure! |

| Everything in the hotel was great in the hotel except the eggs on the breakfast buffet (awful!). The Spa is especially nice and has a wonderful relaxation room that all registered guests can use without booking a procedure. However, their treatments are wonderful and worth a splurge.
We found that walking to nearby restaurants for dinner was better than getting the hotel food. The Capital Grille and Truluck's are nearby and absolutely great. |
